On July 4, 2026, as the United States celebrated the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence, the Republican Coalition and the Republican Party of Palm Beach County, Florida, formalized a Memorandum of Strategic Partnership.

The agreement was signed in Washington, D.C., by Andrew L. Lubelski, President of the Republican Coalition, and Carl Cascio, Chairman of the Republican Party of Palm Beach County.

The partnership marks an important step in strengthening cooperation between conservative organizations in the United States and Europe and in developing a broader international network committed to shared principles and common goals.

The significance of the occasion was underscored by the historic setting and date. On the 250th anniversary of American independence, the partnership reaffirmed a shared commitment to the principles that have shaped the American experiment and continue to serve as a foundation for the free world: faith, freedom, personal responsibility, the rule of law, national sovereignty, and limited and accountable government.

The partnership will provide a framework for cooperation in political and civic engagement, leadership development, international initiatives, and economic and institutional cooperation.

The Republican Coalition expresses its sincere appreciation to Chairman Carl Cascio and the Republican Party of Palm Beach County for their friendship, trust, and commitment to building a strong and lasting partnership.

United by shared values and committed to strengthening cooperation across the Atlantic, the Republican Coalition and the Republican Party of Palm Beach County look forward to advancing this partnership in the years ahead.
